The practice begins with a gentle guided vinyasa and stretching to release stress in the breath and tension in the joints and muscles of the shoulders, hips and lower back where we hold much of our stress. Participants will then recline on bolsters, listen to soothing music, smell the aroma of essential oils and feel gentle hands-on adjustments. Each pose is held for 10 to 15 minutes. Please come join us to relax, renew, restore and illuminate.
