Sean Lee – Violin and Piano

Violinist Sean Lee is internationally recognized as one of the finest musicians of his generation. He is Juilliard trained, worked with Itzhak Perlman and is a regular with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. Peter Dugan has been called “stunning” by the LA Times. He’s performed with Joshua Bell, played at Carnegie Hall and teaches at Juilliard.
They will perform the rare musical feat of playing all 24 Caprices of Niccolň Paganini. Unbeknownst to many has been the existence of Robert Schumann’s piano parts, composed to complement the collection. Paganini’s violin parts remain unchanged in this special presentation, a collaboration between violinist and pianist, composer to composer.
