Union Arts Center is planning a day-long event highlighting the diverse skills of the community. Showcasing craft beers, artisan foods and live music, we are looking for fine artists to join us for the day to sell their local to the region, hand-crafted, art/artisan wares.
Media accepted but not limited to paintings, drawings, illustrations, prints, photography, wood working, jewelry, metal sculptures, small sculptures, and functional 3D objects.
All items must be original and created by the Artist submitting the work.
The Artist, who designs and creates the work, is expected to be present for set up, sales of work, and de-installation. Work should be priced and ready for sale!
November 12th: ARTS AND DRAFTS 12-5pm. Artist is expected to check in by 10am, doors open at noon. No participants may begin to break down prior to the end of event at 5pm. The event will be ticketed and will provide access to food, drink, and live music.

Please bring with you everything you will need to display yourself and your works properly. If you need a table, actual wall space, or would prefer to be outside, please include the request in the initial email; items will be made available on a first-come first-serve basis.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Your booth will be approximately 6’x6’ and must be kept neat and clean at all times. Your table should be covered to the ground and all boxes must be hidden from view or removed to your vehicle. There are three bathrooms available for use within Union Arts Center as well as access to electricity and wifi. Union Arts Center staff will be available to watch your booth while you take a break to eat or use the restroom.
We will provide you with a phone number to call with questions and concerns leading to and during the event. Event will happen rain or shine. Placement will be indicated in a response email from Union Arts Center.
ART & ARTISAN SHOW REQUIREMENTS: Works submitted and sold must be the original work of the entrant. Commercial and manufactured items will not be allowed, and Union Arts Center reserves the right to have you remove unacceptable merchandise from the display area. Each vendor will handle their own sales. Collecting and reporting sales tax is each vendor’s responsibility.
GENERAL LOAD IN/OUT: Set-up time is 10am-12pm. Vehicles must be removed immediately after unloading. Unloading is can be done via the front entrance/garage doors of Union Arts Center, vehicles will not be permitted at the front entrance after 11:00am. Use of the back/bank parking lot will be available for entrant parking and is a separate lot from the public lot.
LIABILITY: Union Arts Center has general liability insurance to cover the event. However, it is highly recommended that Artists/Artisans provide their own insurance for their property and name Cliff Ledge Properties DBA Union Arts Center as additional insured during the event.
